Angelina "Gigi" Mazzei
Clinton-Angelina “Gigi” Mazzei, 85, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 30, 2017 at St. Vincent Hospital. She is survived by several generations of cousins and their spouses, notably Joyce LeFleur & Robert, and Joseph Conte, all of Leominster; David Fazio of Idaho, Tina DiTerliza & Michael, and Linda Fazio, all of Shrewsbury; Michael Fazio & Kathy of Sterling; and Paul Fazio & Mary of Clinton. She is preceded in death by her siblings, Adeline Heighton, Albert Mazzei, and Silvio Mazzei.
Angelina was born in Springfield and raised in Clinton, daughter of the late Thomas and Theresa (Maruca) Mazzei. She lived life surrounded by love and friendship and was happiest while in the company of family and friends. She was blessed with an abundance of support and kindness from her housemates and the staff at Pleasant Terrace in Clinton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM on Friday, November 3, 2017 in St. John the Evangelist Church, 80 Union St., Clinton, with burial to follow in St. John’s Cemetery, Lancaster.
